Ron Cadman leveraged over three decades of real estate investment success and insider knowledge of property development into a thriving international brand.
With over 30 years in real estate, Ron Cadman has applied his unique knowledge in the areas of land use planning, residential and multifamily construction, acquisition, re-positioning of distressed assets and finance structuring to capitalize on undervalued U.S. Real Estate investments.
In 1998, together with his partner Travis Cadman, he co-founded a home building company which went on to construct over 2,000 single and multifamily homes. Identifying the opportunity resulting from the subprime mortgage crisis in 2007, they shifted focus to distressed US Real Estate. After analyzing the various U.S. real estate markets, they set their sights on Phoenix, Arizona and began acquiring, renovating and managing a portfolio of single family homes. The strategy they deployed allowed Ron and his team to acquire undervalued single family homes, direct from foreclosure auctions and other wholesale channels. From 2008 through 2017 they would acquire, renovate and manage hundreds of single family homes.
In 2015, with the single family market in Arizona recovering, Ron Cadman and his partner -utilized their construction background and understanding the underlining fundamentals of multifamily housing, to transition into renovating B and C Class apartment communities in the Southern United States. This repositioning (also known as value-add) allows them to acquire strategically located apartment communities that are in need of capital, correcting deferred maintenance and professional management. The properties transition from a tired building and tenants to a revitalized community demanding rents at the top end of their particular sub market.
